When your tracking number becomes available, you will receive a notification via email to track your order. It will take 5-10 business days until the tracking information is visible due to the current high demand on our BLXCK Pods.
We are working on getting our shipping time down to 3-7 business days in the near future.
1.0 - The express shipping is an option we have due to the extreme high volume of orders we get every day. It means that we will prioritize your order by skipping the order queue and we will ship it from our warehouse within 1-2 days.
Due to the extreme high volume of orders we ship out every day our delivery team are doing their best to proceed all orders and it can therefor take 5-10 business days for the tracking link to work properly.
After 5-10 days you can track your order on the following site by inserting your tracking number: https://www.17track.net/
Meanwhile you can track your order by going to our website, click on the tab "Track Your Order" at the top of the page and enter your order number (#xxxx) and the email address you used when you placed the order.
If your BLXCK Pods are struggling, please try the following instructiuns carefully:
Make sure the charging case is fully charged, if not, please leave it charging for a few hours with the pods inside.
1. Press the button on the back o the charing case and when it glow blue, please put both of the pods back in the charging case separately, disconnect bluetooth and reconnect. Pair your BLXCK Pods again by taking them out separately from the charging case and lay the close to your phone and they will connect.
2. Cancel/remove the bluetooth name "pods" from the bluetooth settings and reconnect.
3. Reset your BLXCK pods.
How to reset your BLXCK Pods:
Put both pods in your ears, hold on each pod for 2-3 seconds until it says "Power Off", hold again for 2-3 seconds until it says "Power On".
To connect your BLXCK Pods to your Phone:
Simply take out your BLXCK Pods from the charging case, lay them close to your phone and a pop up window will show on your screen asking you to connect.
If only 1 pod is connects, check if there's a signal on both pods flashing red/blue when you take them out from the charging case.
If both pods are glowing red/blue it means they are working but is not paired properly. When it is only one pod that is connecting, please try the following:
Once you have removed both pods from the case, take the unconnected pod and press on the metal on the lower part of the pod. Once you have done this, put back the unconnected pod in the charging case and close the lid. Then open the lid, take it out and it should connect to your phone. In some rare cases you will have to repeat this action 2-3 times.
You can also try to take out the pods, and while both pods are flashing red/blue, tap 2 times on top of each pod where the touch feature is, then put them back in the case and reset.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days after arrival. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.0 - If you are to drop them and they break, we cannot offer you any exchange or refund.
1.1 - After the order has been shipped it is not possible to cancel the order.
1.2 - In the event that the product arrives damaged or are not functioning, contact us directly on email@example.com.
1.3 -You are subject to a $10 fee if the package is being returned due to incorrect address or if it haven't been picked up.
If return of item is neccessary it is the customer who pay for the shipping (With Tracking).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The process after we have received the return takes approximately 3-5 days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
